Cool Packaging!
The Journal of Popular Noise is a semi-annual audio magazine inspired by the traditions of pop music, printed periodicals, and the delight of a finely crafted artifact. Limited edition of 300 letter-pressed copies.
Within the package are 3 issues, each in the form of 7" vinyl records. Every issue conforms to the same prescribed editorial structures but is composed by a different artist or group. This set contains issues 4-6 featuring (respectively) TEFLON DON, COPY, and PONTIUS PILOTS. The packaging folds out to a beautiful letter-pressed poster containing information about the Journal, the musicians, and the recording/compositional process.

CENSORSHIP IS WEAK AS F@#K!
CENSORSHIP IS WEAK AS F@#K! - a restrospective covering the history of Sean Cliver’s and Marc Mckee’s skateboard art. Both Cliver and Mckee were responsible for the golden age of sarcastic, quite controversial, skate graphic art, working under Rocco and the World Industries umbrella. This was the visual offense that set the pace for irreverent, and equally destructive, skate-culture humor.
